Pinky’s is a family orientated
business that offers exceptional and courteous customer service in a
FUN environment. We enjoy putting a smile on our customers faces! As an ice cream,
milkshake and home made food business, we have access to over 40 flavours.
We are proud of our dedication to volunteer work in various
communities and providing sponsorship for many school programs,
charities and events such as Bedford Days. Pinky’s currently has
five
locations in the Halifax Regional Municipality, with others planned
for Atlantic Canada next year.
Pinky’s employs nearly 50 students each year and close to 200
seasonal, part time and full time students and employees since it
first began serving the public in 2004. 65% of our seasonal
employees are high school students, 30% are university and 5% in
junior high school. For many of our students Pinky’s is their first
employment and opportunity to gain practical work experience.

Pinky's has five locations in the Halifax
area -
- Bedford Pinky’s
– Bedford Highway across from the Bedford United Church in
the long Church Parking Lot
- Pinky’s Dingle
Canteen –
located in HRM’s Sir Sanford Flemming Park (Dingle Tower)
off of the Purcell’s Cove Road
- Pinky’s in the Park
- Point Pleasant Park, HRM – located near the end of Young
Avenue in the South End of Halifax.
- Sackville Pinky’s
– located at 1100 Sackville Drive one minute past the Kent
Store on the same side of the road.
- Timberlea Pinky’s
– located at 1800 St. Margaret’s Bay Road next to the
Pharmasave.
We are open from 11:30
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. seven days a week regardless of the
weather, and we anticipate serving 250,000 customer this
year!

Founder & President
For nearly two decades Kevin W. Riles
has been involved in the land development industry and currently
owns four businesses. Pinky’s has been proudly serving since
2004 and is entering its fifth season. We offer 40 flavours of
unique ice cream, deep fried ice cream, a variety of beverages,
homemade hamburgers, hotdogs, fries and treats and much more.
